Assuming you are not seeing any Recommended field(s) warnings in the Structured Data testing tool of Google, there’s nothing we can do.
As stated by Google, it is entirely at their discretion to show the Rich results on the search pages.
For the Aggregate rating (which is a recommended field and not a required field) is a collection of reviews from users. In Rank Math, we are not providing any option to collect the reviews from the users so we are not adding that field. If you are using any other plugin to collect the reviews then you can use the filter we provided in the following topic to add the rating values in the Recipe Schema of Rank Math:
