Recipe Rating Modal Error

    I’ve had users tell me they are receiving an error message when trying to rate a recipe through the rating modal window. However, if they leave a rating with a comment it goes through. Any idea why this is happening?

    Hi there,

    The user ratings modal is a paid feature and this forum only allows for questions about the free plugin. Could you send an email to [email protected] instead?

    One thing you could look at is if you have any anti-spam related plugins activated and see if those might be affecting things.
