Recipe creation: Filter on authors

    Hi XjSv,

    when creating recipes, the author selection no longer works correctly.
    All users of the website are filtered. Previously, the selection could be restricted to the Recipe creator role.

    @charmageddon Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I think I have tracked the issue down and I am working on a fix. I will include this in the next version.

    Version 1.8.1 was just released that should fix this issue.
