  • I’ve had the same problem all day. I get the “Recipe card could not save recipe” error message. I’ve been using Recipe Card for quite a while and this is the first time I’ve had this problem. I emailed them about 1:50 pm today about the issue but haven’t heard back yet. From what I understand it’s a server issue, perhaps on their end, but we’ll see if it gets fixed.

    Thank you CayenneDiane, I emailed too any am yet to get a reply but you’re right it definitely looks like a server issue.
    Hopefully they will sort it soon.

    I am a web developer. Looks like their server is down. Looking at my error logs, nothing is being routed anywhere. They posted a message over on Facebook about two hours ago, but what they suggest is not working. They probably are in the process of rebuilding the site. Post your message there. Give it some time and let’s see if they can get their servers back online. Seems they monitoring Facebook more than here.

    I guess this is one reason why I should be on Facebook so I can comment there. But they could at least push a temporary fix of some sort that would disable pinging their server in order to Save. Maybe I’ll join Facebook today.

    I’m having the same issue folks! I wrote several recipes, then had to copy and paste them into a word file to save until they get this problem fixed. Hopefully soon! <Fingers crossed>

    Not working for me, was working last night at 1am.. hope they get it back and running, need it for a post in a few hours, argh.

    I haven’t been able to save recipes on my blog since yesterday. This is obviously a huge problem! I’ve sent an email to yumprint support and posted on their Facebook page, but no response. Hopefully they’re working on something. I love the Plugin and would hate to switch to something else.

    Please update us on the issue!

    The plugin seems to be down again – can’t save recipes right now. Anyone experiencing the same issue?

    Anyone found a workaround for this issue? maybe not send recipes to the yumprint server…
