Receive Confirmation Email BUT NO FORM

    When i test the form i receive a confirmation email that states the sender and their email. Because this email doesn’t have the contents of the whole form I expected that I could find submissions on my dashboard but there is nothing to be found.

    Where should the filled out forms show up? Am I looking in the wrong place or are the form submissions not working?

  • Did you toggle the Mail2?

    Mail2 says you can send different messages to different recipients.
    I don’t see how this helps?

    I get a confirmation email that the form was submitted but i don’t get an actual form.
    Is the submitted details from the form supposed to be in the email too?

    From the above links you attached – In section 6 and B named ‘Message Body’
    Message Body: [your-message] doesn’t actually insert a message. Is this where the submitted form detail are supposed to show up?

    My mistake!!! I wasn’t aware that tags are compulsory for the form to actually show up in the email. All sorted. Thanks for your assistance.
