Recieve 500 error after installing Ninja caching ..why?

When ever i installed ninja browser caching, my site give me error, and when ever i delete the coding from the .htaccess file, just everything is normal.
in your mail:- In case you find any problem after installing this plugin, replace LBCachingNinja_uninstall_backup1418971202.htaccess with .htaccess
can you explain plz?
