    Hello, I installed the form a few months ago, without problem, on the other hand I just realized that emails did not arrive in my mail, as I thought I asked, but they were stored in ” contact”.

    How do I receive them directly in my mailbox?

    Hello!
    At first you need to check “Submit Options” of your contact form. For “To” field should be specified email address, where will be send contact form info. Check this field.
    Also read this article, there are a lot of reasons which can cause such problem as you have.
    If this will not help you, contact us through our?internal support and provide link to the page with your contact form. We will check what is wrong and will help you to solve the problem.
