I tried to access to the last url you sent us but it opens a blank page, could you please send it again? Other than that are you using a cache plugin like WP Rocket?

If the answer is positive could you please follow this guide in order to whitelist our JS https://complianz.io/javascript-delay-in-wp-rocket-and-other-caching-and-optimization-plugins/? Otherwise you should disable all features related to JS minification/JS optimization/Js loading delay and then clean the cache
