    Hello, I purchased am “extended” license for this excellent plugin in November. I have used it on 1 site so far and it has worked well. I see that the updated plugin is different and I understand your reasoning for doing so. I need to install it on another site but my license is not working. Also, I think I would like the upgraded grid feature. Can I upgrade my license and pay the difference? Also, I have emailed you concerning this with no reply so what is the best way to get this accomplished. I am working on a site that needs this so the sooner the better. Thank you for your hard work, you deserve to be compensated for it.

    In cases like this what I suggest is to purchase what you want and then I will refund you for what you didn’t want. As far as your email I have not seen it come in. What subject is it so I can filter it.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
