Recently installed WP, now all I see is blank

    This is my first time using www.remarpro.com (so bear with me!) and everything was going fine. I installed it at:

    https://www.littlechalfonttennisclub.co.uk/wordpress/

    And now accessing this blog just gives me a blank page. Trying to access the dashboard also returns a blank page. The only thing I have access to is the FTP directory (using Filezilla)

    I can still access the original site: https://www.littlechalfonttennisclub.co.uk
    so I assume it must be a WordPress problem.

    Just before it went “down” I was playing about with plugins – I had no idea they could cause so many problems (stupid me!) I have since deleted all plugins I installed, and also deleted the theme I installed, although that didn’t cause me any problems at the time. This didn’t seem to help

    I have now re-uploaded everything to the /wordpress/ folder (I didn’t put in much content so don’t mind losing what I had done), but this still hasn’t worked.

    Am I missing something? I feel like I have done everything I can!

    To follow up, a friend advised that I reinstall the entire thing – and I did… which did absolutely nothing – am still faced with the same problem!

    Having installed this from scratch I now no longer have a blank screen, but an error message! Progress!
