Recently exported by database and get an error when trying to import

Recently exported my test database and tried to import into my production database (after deleting and recreating it). Get a 1227 error (Access denied; you need (at least one of) the SUPER privilege(s) for this operation) when attempting to import the test export file into the prod database. My service provider says I need root access to the server to import the file, which I don’t have on this shared server. The file creation that is causing the error is “wp_wsm_bounceVisits” which I assume is part of the WP Visitor plugin. At this point my production system is down because I get the same error if I try to reload the original production database export back.
