Recently an error occurred while creating the CSS / JS minify cache: No sources

  • Hey everyone please help me. This morning I have got the message “Recently an error occurred while creating the CSS / JS minify cache: No sources to serve”. Anyone with same experience to teach me how to fix this and what are the consequences if i not fix it ( because i m not so familiar and proffy with WordPress and so on).

    Did you switch themes recently?

    Same, It doesnt allow me to add to cart

    In the meantime I have minify disabled

    same problem, what does it mean? Searching google, I just find unanswered threads with the same issue

    Facing the same issue. No change in theme. In my case a plugin (Anti-Spam) got updated from version 4.1 to 4.2. And that’s causing this error message because W3TC minify module is still looking for the old .js file (anti-spam-4.1.js) which obviously no longer exists. The odd thing is this plugin was updated over 2 months ago and yet I’m still getting this error!

    In addition to this error, there is a minify error that is still looking for the old js files Which obviously no longer exists, because the plugin has been deleted.

    I’m getting this too. The fact that you posted this five months ago and there’s no constructive reply, says enough for me to delete the plugin altogether – obviously nobody cares.
