Recenter in Viewport

I’ve create a list of 15 or so items, so when you click each item title it expands and shows a table. Some of the tables are long. I’m using the highlander feature to auto-close the previous item when opening a new one. Works great, but depending on the length of the content, when I click to open some of the items the screen view going all the way to the bottom of my page and I can no longer see the beginning of the revealed content or the title in the viewport (without scrolling up). This is only happening with some of the reveals. Is there a way to vertically recenter the list in the viewport when expanding? (page is not public so I can’t include a link)
