Recent video/live stream not showing

  • Hi,

    We do a live stream every Sunday for a church sermon. After the live stream, we disable the element/module for the live stream on the website and then enable the recent sermon module to display the recent sermons.

    We had a live stream yesterday 10/3 and after the live stream we enabled the recent sermon. The recent sermon still shows 9/26.

    Isn’t it should be updated then? I also cleared the cache after but the sermon still shows 9/26.

    Any idea on how to fix this issue?

    While we are thinking of a solution, we trimmed down 15mins on the live stream/recent sermon and then after doing that, the video displayed on the home page. It shows 10/3 video now. But we would like to address real issue first. Why does it show the 9/26 video instead of 10/3?

    Hi

    We see that you embedded a channel as a playlist to show the most recent video. Right now, it shows the 10/10 stream. There can be delay in YouTube updating those channel playlists. That might be what you’re experiencing — assuming that you’re not dealing with cache refresh delays.

    Hi, sorry for the late response. I have already checked the plugin and tried to work on the cache. However, based on my observation, the video would show after 12 hours or so.
