Recent updates have broken mutilevel lists

Where can we see the website in question?

Sorry, I can’t provide a website link as the site is private for registered users only. But you could easily create a form with checkbox inputs in this list format and test it out. Items including and after the roman numerals lose their numbering sequence and switch to bullet points. If I place the same code into an ordinary Web page the numbering works fine.

@takayukister Sorry for adding to this post but there does seems to be some formatting issues since the most recent update so it seems like @pawanahluwalia’s issue might be related. I had posted an issue with email formatting and there are a few others noting issues too:

Thank you for your help. In the meantime I have had to change the formatting of my forms to avoid multilevel lists. It was probably a good thing to do anyway.

@takayukister I see that the 5.7.3 just came out, this seems to have fixed the formatting in emails that I was seeing after the previous update. Thanks for looking into that and fixing it!
