Recent Update – jquery issue

HELP! I don’t know what the problem is. I recently updated to the latest version of WC and that’s the only change that’s taken place.
the “add to cart” button does not appear on any of the products that were added post update. The paypal checkout is also not working.
Here is the firebug errors:
“NetworkError: 404 Not Found – https://endashdesigns.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/assets/js/jquery-cookie/jquery_cookie.min.js?ver=1.3.1”
TypeError: e.cookie is not a function
