I updated the Constant Contact Forms plugin and the site crashed and had a fatal error. I had to deactivate the Constant Contact Forms plugin to get the site to load properly. When the plugin is active, this is the error I am getting:

Warning: require(/home/customer/www/dognosticseducation.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/constant-contact-forms/includes/Ctct/CTCTOfficialSplClassLoader.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/customer/www/dognosticseducation.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/constant-contact-forms/includes/Ctct/SplClassLoader.php on line 128

Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘/home/customer/www/dognosticseducation.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/constant-contact-forms/includes/Ctct/CTCTOfficialSplClassLoader.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php74/pear’) in /home/customer/www/dognosticseducation.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/constant-contact-forms/includes/Ctct/SplClassLoader.php on line 128

I know there are others with similar problems – any idea on when the issue will be resolved? Thank you!

We’re still trying to isolate the issue in a way that we could properly fix it. Our local testing of the plugin, including upgrade processes hasn’t recreated the issue thus far.

We are curious if somehow the code in some users’ updated copy still has older references, for which we’d like a zipped copy of it. If you’re willing, those can be emailed to [email protected] with [email protected] CC’d as well.

    Thanks.

I just emailed the zipped folder of what was on the server after the update. Thank you for looking into this.

Thank you for that, others helping and involved with the troubleshooting should be reaching out to you via that private correspondence soon.
