    After the most recent updates, our shopping feeds ignored our filters and submitted compltetly different products to our shopping feeds (google and meta). I rolled back two versions and it fixed the problem, we were unable to figure out the exact problem.

    Thee rules and filter should work fine, can you please provide information on what rules or filters was used so I can test things out?

    We are using the Filter: IF “Product Tags” is Equal to “Value” Then “Include Only”.

    After the last two updates something was causing the filters to be ignored. I rolled back one version and it still didnt work, then I rolled back again to 13.3.9.1 and it fixed the feed.

    Hi folks, we’re very sorry for the delay, we’re collecting all issues together to do a single fix. Aiming to get a patch out ASAP.

    We are getting a lot of mixed reports making it hard to narrow down whether its one of multiple issues here.

    Any debug logs, feed screenshots, issue reports are all most welcome. Please send along on this thread what you’ve personally identified as being the issue.

    I can confirm that bug and raised it with our devs to get it sorted. We’ll try to release a fix for this as a fast as we can but I’m unable to provide any ETAs

    Though, i did check and the exclude option works fine, the bug only seems to happen with include only

    This is the Error coming from Channable

    We’ve released an update for Product Feed 13.4.1.2 which addresses bugs with the rules and filter, please update and test things out.
