    The plugin its not working,poor grafics, terrible plugin and they do not give a refund, although i keep asking for my money from day 1

    We checked the case and noticed that we have been asking for more collaboration for our team to find the source of the issue you reported and fix it.
    Though usually we consider a refund in case the full info is provided, so we are able to locate/fix the problem customer has, in your case we noticed the refund is done and you are informed about it.
