Recent-Posts plugin driving me nuts

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function mdv_recent_posts() in /public_html/wordpress/wp-content/themes/ei_wordpress/home.php on line 100

    Upon reading the instructions, I thought I stumbled across the most straightforward plugin available.

    Even using the default settings of this plug-in I receive the error. The plugin is in the directory and activated and all I’m doing is calling the function:

    <?php mdv_recent_posts() ?>
