recent posts are linked to contact page when clicked on

  • I’m using tastelessly theme and most current version of WordPress.
    When you click on one of the recent posts to view to whole story, it directs you to the contact page.

    Any thoughts?

    I found out why this is happening but unsure how to fix it. I changed my permalink structure to custom structure /contact. I had to for my contact form that I’m using to work. I changed the permalink back to the default which is url/?p=123 which corrects the initial problem but now my contact page doesn’t work. How can I creat an additional permalink for the contact page and set the custom struture back to /contact so it’s referencing contact only?

    problem resolved, I used a custom structure that solved both issues and is more SEO friendly…
