Recent Post not showing on main pages

  • Hi,

    for some reason my recent post is not showing in main pages is this normal or else? as I’m use to old styles themes that my Recent post will be always showed on top of the pages above everything else instead of only on the slider and sidebar

    plus my post are not sorted by date it is sorted randomly

    Leaf uses a home page template, You should also set up your standard blog template by adding a new page and from the “Page Attributes” meta box, under “Template”, select the “Blog” template and then click update.

    You can also set this as your home page from the WordPress Reading Settings.
    Go to “Settings” => “Reading Settings” and you will see the section where it says “A static page”

    ah ok, seem it back to the normal pages display, with slider and boxed layout gone, so with static pages selected the boxed with slider disabled? still wondering in “Your latest Post” mode the post are not sorted by date on each section but still it does work now ??
