Recent Post don't Show in Order

Hello, I’m using the Modern Blogger Pro, and my recent posts don’t show accordingly to the date posted on the front page.
It seems to me that I have two different loops governing the main contents on the page.
1. Loop for the month of February with the last post for February on top.
2. Loop for the month of March, again with the last post for March on top.
How can I do to have my posts in only one loop, with my recent post on top? Although my site isn’t ready, I’publishing so you can see. https://www.expatjoy.com
