Recent Plug In Update Problem

  • I use WordPress through GoDaddy for my web site and today October 28 updated my plug ins as was suggested. They all loaded but now I cannot access any page of my sight I get this error message on every page.

    can’t open file

    This is a serious problem as the site is active for new customers as well as existing customers and it will soon prove to be a financeal disaster.

    Please help with this quickly.

  • FTP into your site (or use whatever file management application your host provides) and delete the wp-content/plugins/comment-spam folder.
