recent order flash disappear

Hi, I created an order to buy using the coupon/affilate link.

When checking “Recent Orders”, it displays the list but then disappears almost immediately.

I checked the “Statistics”, the order is there though.

So, it seems some problem with the “Recent Order” tab. Can someone help please?
