Recent articles widget breaks comments on Tarski theme

Basically, if one uses the ‘Recent Articles’ widget in Tarski’s sidebar, then apparently comments posted on any article will appear on every article. We have no idea why this happens and would very much like to fix it; it’s been an extant bug since widgets were first introduced, and I want to deal with it for the next release.
