Receiving "You do not have permission to preview drafts" error after moving site

I copied a WP site and setup the new one within the same domain and now I receive the “You do not have permission to preview drafts” error message on the new copied site. I made sure that the WordPress Address (URL) and the Site Address (URL) are the same (https://robertlasson.com/fasttrack/). I ran the search and replace program to make sure that the serial information was all changed as well.

I can log into the new site and edit pages but I can not preview them nor can i view pages in a browser (except the home page).
