Hm, it does look like you have the 32-bit problem; the event ID on your site is 2147483647, as described here (hence the error). It’s the only situation that we know of that could cause this problem, that number isn’t in our code base anywhere.

Can I ask how you’ve verified that it’s all 64-bit?

I called godaddy and they were saying it was 64-bit. Is it on PHP ?

Hm, can you see what your PHP_INT_SIZE is? There’s a quick check here to test.

echo (PHP_INT_SIZE * 8) . '-bit';

There’s just no other explanation for IDs being truncated to that specific number that we’ve ever seen.
