• When I go to the Mailpoet settings I receive the warning at top of the screen that emails are paused because the FROM email is not authorized, however the email it displays is not a valid email and is not used anywhere in the mailpoet settings. I can’t find it to change it.

    All the emails used in settings are valid, authorized email addresses.

    How can I clear this message and resume sending?

    Hi Beckie, can you first ensure that you are using the latest version of MailPoet?

    In Settings > Basics > Default email should be an authorized email address.

    Finally, if the message still shows up, can you send us a screenshot of this message and tell us the address of your website?

    I have checked the email in Settings > Basics > Default Email. This is set to the correct, authorized email: [email protected] However, I am still receiving the error in the screenshot.
