Receiving TERRIBLE support from WPfolio people on your behalf

3 months ago, I posted here this support question and being asked to follow-up by email.
This took about 2 weeks without any results and then I’ve told that the issue was resolved and that they will gt back soon. Nothing happened for a while after that and then a guy from WPfolio Support (whatever that means) started sending me emails replying to wrong questions and sending me “solutions” with attached custom plugins that were either addressing another issue or simply didn’t work at all.
We are now 3 months later and the issue is exactly the same.
Just curious: are you guys serious?
