Receiving “Suspect Request has been Rejected” message

Hi,
I was putting together a post today and went to upload an image. When I clicked the “add an image” icon, a blank window opened that said “A Suspect Request has been Rejected”. What in the world? Can anyone help me?

I tried logging out and back in, but it made no difference.
