Receiving Spam Submissions

Hello, we have a simple form created a couple of days ago. Currently this form is only accessible from a page that is published as “Private”. but so far we have received 30+ spam submissions.
Is there some sort of backdoor that allows spammer to access and submit spam via this form? I would like to shut this down ASAP.
