I’m getting stripe transactions that are from “undefined undefined” after installing this plugin. I emailed Stripe directly and they told me that it’s most likely because the JavaScript is making a reference to an element or variable that doesn’t exist. That value of “undefined undefined” was passed to Stripe as part of the token request.

Any idea why this is happening? How can I fix this?

Hey, could you tell me what version of WooCommerce, Stripe for WooCommerce and WordPress you have? Also what theme are you currently testing with? And Finally, what page are you on, the checkout page or the pay page (checkout has billing and shipping details, pay page doesn’t)?

And what is the process you’re going through, are you just submitting a form the first time with no errors, or are you causing errors, fixing them and then resubmitting?

    Thanks,
    Stephen

I’m going to assume this is resolved.
