Receiving multiple emails

If a user clicks “Send Feedback” multiple times before the feedback is submitted (maybe as a result of a slower internet connection?), we receive multiple emails. Is there a way for “Helpful” to check if this is the case and only send one email. One user must have clicked Send Feedback about 10 times, because we received about 10 emails.
