Receiving form submissions, but should not be

For some reason, I have recently started to receive form submissions from my client websites that use SmartForms even though my email is not listed in the “Send to email address(es)” field. I am seeing this at https://keepingthefaithprovo.org/contact/ and https://lakesidervcampground.com/contact-us/
Any ideas as to why this is occurring?
