receiving form info

    i set up an amazing guiform for my site filled with check boxes and scroll downs etc.
    problem is that when i receive an email from a subscriber. i only get the info they put in for name (required), email (required), and subscribe options (NOT required). nothing else comes through.
    how do i fix this

    May be you forgot to setup your email notification? Check your form email settings and include the other fields. If that is not working please send me your demo website account so that I can check and debug. Below is my support email address.
