Receiving fatal error – is it just me?

PHP 5.6.20 is the minimum supported version but 7.4 is recommended.

The problem appears to be with the ‘parallax-mobile’ line of code below:

The site is using PHP Version 5.4.45, so I shall update this now! Thanks for your help

Thanks. 5.6.20 is the minimum supported version but 7.4 is recommended. Upgrading to at least the minimum will resolve this issue.
