Receiving error message

  • I am running WordPress 3.9.1. and am receiving the following error message above the Google map;

    Warning: trim() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /home/district/public_html/wp-content/plugins/comprehensive-google-map-plugin/widget.php on line 53

    Any ideas how to resolve this? I searched and found several other sites suffering from the same problem.
