    the picture will show in library sometimes but then cannot insert in post or page receive error that photo does not exist please re-upload or the script shows in text but picture never gets inserted. Page is published and updated.

  • That’s a server error – not a WordPress one. I’d suggest you contact your hosts asap in case they have a failing disk on the server.
