Receiving empty email notifications

  • Hi all-

    Just started using WordPress/Ninja Forms and cannot seem to get Ninja Forms to properly send the test content I’m typing.

    I do receive an email, though the first one had a CSV, and after turning off CSV, I just received empty emails… (the CSV had the message but I’d rather just see it in a standard email.)

    Any help appreciated!

  • This happens to me too, it sends empty mail even though I use a correct reply form. Both HTML and text e-mails are empty but it works with CSV.

    Please fix this???

    Hi Selious-

    emailed Ninja Forms and got this back, which worked!

    Delete all of that text, and then click the “Insert All Fields” button above the editor. It will add a shortcode which should work properly.
