Is there a way to have JPCRM check emails from a POP3 account (or some other way) so that communication from clients can be automatically logged (or at least associated with clients by hand)?

  • Hi @avifrier

Unfortunately, checking emails from a POP3 account is not possible at the moment.

Jetpack CRM allows you to send automated emails from your site. However, it is also not a full email inbox that allows you to manage all incoming and outgoing emails.

An Email Inbox is a popular feature request too that our developers are taking into consideration. You can vote for it, if you’d like, here:

I’ve been a Jetpack CRM user for over a year. Adding a “…full email inbox that allows you to manage all incoming and outgoing emails.” is a feature that would make the CRM so much more useful and resolve some time-consuming, awkward work-arounds.

I’m disappointed to hear this feature characterized only with the status of “taking into consideration”. I assumed that by now it would have been escalated to something they are actively working on. It has been at the top of this feature request list for many months with almost double the votes of any other item. In general, the pace of improvements being rolled-out in Jetpack CRM is rather glacial compared to other products.

Currently, you can’t even send out a one-off email to someone from within the CRM!

    Hi @farallon5!

Thanks for your feedback! I’m sorry we are unable to provide any ETA for the Email Inbox feature request. Our developers are focused fully on improving the core products at the moment.

Jetpack CRM has a built-in system to send emails, so you can send a one-off email to any of your CRM contacts. You can try to check it using the link below, please replace it with your site url:

    Thank you!

ISSUE//PROBLEM//BUG: text wraps, no paragraphs using built-in text editor – this is a reported bug, that has been deemed for future review. Jetpack is not usable for sending email.

    Hi @smileybee,

That’s correct–we have an existing bug report for the issue you’re describing. We plan to deploy this as soon as possible, though please note that we don’t have a defined ETA for this at the moment.
