Receiving emails about other people’s problems

I recently posted a question about this plugin. For some reason, I have received two responses about other people’s problems with the plugin. I don’t want to receive these emails. I want to receive only replies about my problem.

So..how do I stop receiving emails about other people’s problems? I have never had this problem when I posted questions about problems with other plugins.
