Receiving account – Country /state / Zip code

  • Hi it is very nice plugin.

    However I have the following comments.

    IN THE PAY WITH CREDIT CARD FORM
    1. If I put Country = Canada for example the state does not change to the provinces names

    2. Where would I put the Merchant ID / email linked to the paypal account that the money goes through

    3. Where in the setting is the association of the account (bank of paypal) that receives the money?
