Receiving a session_start() error on registration and rm_options_general pages

    I am receiving the following error message echoed out to the Register page containing the [RM_Form] shortcode and on the “/wp-admin/admin.php?page=rm_options_general” page.

    The error message:
    ERROR: THE PFBC PROJECT REQUIRES AN ACTIVE SESSION TO FUNCTION PROPERLY. SIMPLY ADD SESSION_START() TO YOUR SCRIPT BEFORE ANY OUTPUT HAS BEEN SENT TO THE BROWSER.

    I’ve tried adding session_start(); to the Register page template but this did not resolve the issue.

    Is there a setting that needs to be enabled to resolve this issue?
