Hi there. I’ve used this plugin successfully in the past but recently have been receiving a 404 Not Found / nginx error in the modal when trying to display an external page within the modal. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like you are linking to a page that doesn’t exist. Please provide a link to your site with details of how to reproduce the issue.

note– this plugin is designed to only pop up a new browser window, it doesn’t do anything which can be described as a modal.

I misspoke on the modal there. Popup.

Here is a link to the site. The “Schedule Online” button is the one I’m referring to. Upon revisiting it today, I’m no longer receiving an error, but the link isn’t opening in a popup either.

Thanks in advance for your help!

The plugin has only been tested with the version of jQuery included as part of WordPress, however the site appears to be using a different version loaded from:
    https://code.jquery.com/jquery-3.2.1.slim.min.js

Ah gotcha. What version of jquery should we be using?

The version included in WordPress – which is automatically enqueued when a plugin specifies jQuery as a dependency.
