Receiving 3 same emails issue

  • Hello everyone.

    My issue is, whenever I and/or user requests a download link, he receive 3 completely same e-mails. I was wondering why is this happening and how can it be fixed? I was unable to find a suitable option in the settings page.

    You probably offer more than one option at a time. That is not possible, you can only do it once per page. You can read this back in previously asked questions.
