Received failed orders recently

And seem to have the same problem, thus the customer did not explicitly say it was this message he also mentioned a “jquery” message.
Usually for failed orders, I receive a notification in my stripe dashboard, but not for this one. The customer tried to pay twice, but no I only receive a failed order email from woocommerce, nothing shows on Stripe.
Most orders seem to work normally
Any ideas why?
