Each time someone sends a message via the contact form for our small church website, the message goes through Post SMTP plugin and all html is stripped out. As a result, all emails that I receive, each one is jumbled together in a huge mess. I cannot forward messages to our leader if they look like gobblygook. So, for each good email, I have to: login to our WP control panel, go to Post SMTP plugin, find the good email in the log, then copy/paste the message to a new email and click send. I shouldn’t need to do any of this.
The issue has been happening since 2019 when we began using Post SMTP plugin. Issue is not website template or another plugin interfering, as issue remains with different template and plugins disabled. I once tried a different SMTP plugin and all html messages received looked normal.

Please don’t ignore all of the various topics on the recent problem. I have this program on over a hundred sites and they are all having this and other problems. It has become a nightmare. My only solution so far is to disable the program on all of the sites and hope that the emails from their website still go through.
The update has changed the settings, emails are scrambled and the logs are failing.
