Received emails are jumbled — html stripped out

And here is the same message received as an email. As you can see there are no more paragraphs. Instead, all words are jumbled together:

What we need is for received emails to appear exactly the same as when going into Post SMTP log and selecting “view’ for those same messages.

Thank you for sharing the information. I tried to replicate your case on my end but no issue is found. It seems like a configuration issue.

Please don’t ignore all of the various topics on the recent problem. I have this program on over a hundred sites and they are all having this and other problems. It has become a nightmare. My only solution so far is to disable the program on all of the sites and hope that the emails from their website still go through.

The update has changed the settings, emails are scrambled and the logs are failing.
