Received email layout incorrect

Would you mind letting us know the type of email client that you are using to read the email? Have you had the chance to check if the issue can be reproduced from a different email client?

Please note that the recommended header image size is 300×100. In case your image is larger than this, please resize it and check if it will fix the issue.

Thank you for the feedback.

The email client being used is Eudora. Many of our customers use this along with other clients such as The Bat etc. Reason being it offers a solution that is proprietary in a sense and outside of the Outlook ecosystem thus potentially safer.

I have tried fiddling with the settings however no luck.

The odd thing is, WP Mail SMTP looks absolutely fine with the emails sent from that app.

That being the case, I am not sure why WPForms shouldn’t also appear fine.

I did change the size of the header image and also just deleted it altogether, not change evident.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

Since Eudora has not been updated in about 10 years, it is susceptible to various errors and a couple of users have reported formatting errors of this kind. I’m afraid that since the issue only seems to affect this and other older clients, it is outside our control.

In case you are willing to create a custom email template with some custom styles for this client, I can recommend taking a look at this tutorial.
