Received CF7 confirmation email without PayPal payment

Hi,
I have utilized “Contact Form 7 – PayPal & Stripe Add-on” to sell a course. Like it very much.
I have enabled PayPal (but NOT Stripe).
Everything worked fine – but <u>I and the student get a confirmation email</u> from CF7 <u>even when a prospective student “X”‘s (or cancels) out of the PayPal</u> login page without paying.
How can I prevent sending/receiving the confirmation email to the student / myself when the PayPal payment is NOT made.
I also wnat to know how can I open the PayPal login page in a new tab after clicking the “Purchase” or “Submit” button.
I’d appreciate solution for both the scenarios.
